Australia launches low carbon liquid fuels hub amid growing demand
Australia has launched a national Low Carbon Liquid Fuels Knowledge Hub to provide industry, communities and the wider public with evidence-based information on low carbon liquid fuels and support their uptake across the economy.
Launched on September 18, the Hub is intended to provide a single source of information on emerging low carbon liquid fuel technologies, supply chains, sustainability considerations and opportunities for Australia. The initiative comes as demand for alternatives to conventional fossil fuels grows across sectors including transport and shipping.
